Bottle pour at the Cider House, Borough Market. Hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of fruit, sweet pear, funk hint. Taste is sweet, tangy, perry pear, fruity, stone fruit, caramel, funky hints, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying fruity peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
