This rare cider can only be sourced entirely from our own orchards. A dry still cider, light in colour, flavour is mild but distinctive. A specialty drink to be enjoyed on its own, celebrating with friends, serve like a wine, delicious with fish, cheese, chicken and light vegetarian dishes.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Slightly hazed bronze gold colour, no head and aroma of juicy ripe apple, core. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, juicy, tart, drying with some hay, caramel notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
