950g/L of fresh supermarket-rejected strawberries were added to a fermentation of 2022 season Braeburn juice, then aged on the lees for 6 months. The resulting cider hybrid offers bright acidity, huge notes of fresh strawberry, tart red apples, with a finish reminiscent of freshly-bitten strawberry seeds, and a wonderful yoghurty richness from the lactic acid produced in the fermentation. An absolute smasher, we're so proud to offer this as our first Wild-Ferm, experimental Fruity Bev.

330ml can from Wobbly Aleways. Murky brown colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ripe strawberry, apple, sour funk. Taste is strawberry candy, red apple, fleshy, syrup, with hint of funk, and some tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.
