Tasting this bottle, two days ago, at our flat, a lovely thing with our home made pizza, a tradition and a good option. This troubled lager was fresh at the mouth, smooth, bready, fruity, malty, regular bitterness, a bit watery, good German job, 15.05.23, purchased at the coop, Interlaken, tasting it at Epalinges.

Old rating - 330ml bottle in Grindelwald, pours hazy golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of pears, flora, herbs, bread & yeast. Moderate body. Light bitter finish

Kräftig, nicht weichgespült. Es hat diese starke Hefenote, als hätte man grad den Satz des Kessels ausgelöffelt.

Appearance: Yellow golden, quite hazy. Good amount of creamy white head. Lively carbonation.
Aroma: Light fruits, yeast.
Taste: Light fruits, Belgian yeast, pale malts. Low bitterness. Quite nice.
