Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, some caramel, dark chocolate, fruity notes but very subtle, almost completely masked by the harsh roast. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, soft roast, coffee, sweet malts, nice acidity breaking up the roasted flavours. Aftertaste: bitter, roasted, dry, raspberries and other red fruits, bit sourish, lovely beer!

ABV: 5.1%. Light unclear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty, chocolate, raspberry, light cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate - roasted, raspberry - licorice - light cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
