I have bought this beer in one coop in Naters, during the last year. Best before 11/24, drinking it yesterday, at Epalinges. Good and classical pale ale, brewed on the American way, copper, brown and clear body, carbonated, white foam, dry malt, mineral, bready, fair and floral bitterness, citrus, light and refreshing.

Appearance: Dark orange, more or less clear. Small, off-white head. Hazy end. Aroma: Hops, pale malt. Some candied fruit? Taste: Decent hops, pale malt. Some sweetness. Earthy. Low, lingering bitterness. Ok. Info: 25/11-2023, BB: 18/1-2024

hazy dark orange to amber colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of piney, resiny, moderate citrusy-lemon peel, grassy, celery slight dill and floral notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great hoppy ale
