Quando il luppolo non basta, ecco la frutta! Freschissima American Ipa (stile West Coast), dorata e profumata. I mix di luppoli Cryo Pop, Motueka e Mosaic sono utilizzati in sinergia con una generosa quantità di pompelmo rosa. Al naso si rendono subito protagoniste le note di frutta a pasta gialla (pesca e papaya su tutti), a cui subentrano le note agrumate del pompelmo. In bocca, l’attacco è amaro, ma poco persistente. Un tocco di dolcezza interviene presto ad equilibrare la bevuta. Le sensazioni gustative si rivelano opposte a quelle olfattive: è il pompelmo a dominare la scena, seguite poi dalla frutta a pasta gialla. La bevuta è fragrante e crispy. Scorre velocemente tra un sorso e l’altro. La freschezza dell’agrume la rende super rinfrescante!

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, partially hazy, with very limited foam. Aroma is hoppy, piney, citrus. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter, with limited sweetness in the back. Final is average.

330 ml can. Pours a cloudy gold with moderate head. Aromas of melons, passionfruit, spice, pine and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with spice being more define as allspice or something similar plus dry pineapple. Maybe more on the Hazy IPA side of things.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale, pesca sciroppata e lime.
