Our core American IPA is a blend of the best brewing traditions of both East and West Coast IPAs. Centennial, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Simcoe hops blend together to create a moderately bitter IPA with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, and a touch of pine. Slightly hazy, but not to be confused with modern hazy IPAs.

Pint pours a lightly hazy gold with some sudsy white head. Nose has C hops, savory herbs, soap. Flavor has some grist and soap and citrus and pine. Old school in every way. Dry and bitter finish.
