From one Getränkmarkt, Interlaken, june 2023. Serving me this bottle, on sunday after to come back from Geneva airport. On the way of a classical helles, basic, refreshing, light body, watery, smooth, yeasty, a bit fruity, normal bitterness, grainy, 19.03.24, at Epalinges.

Appearance: Pale yellow, some haze. Small, off-white head. Aroma: Light fruits, lemon notes. Some pale malt and grains. Taste: Light fruits, lemon. Very pale malt, a bit of yeast. Not sure about this one. Bought: Coop, 330 ml, CHF 4.50 Info: 18/12-2023, BB: 17/3-2024
