Appearance: Hazy to murky amber. Small, off-white head. Aroma: Red fruits, pale malt, slight tartness. Taste: Tart, red fruits, some malt and caramel sweetness. Seems a bit off, guess too close to the best before date. Info: 26/5-2023, BB: 30/5-2023

Draught at the restaurant/brauerei
Muddy amber color; creamy head, a shade of beige. The aroma is mild, yet very interesting, mixing some roasted malt with a fruity hop. The mouthfeel is quite dry, although the body structure is correctly built; unexpectedly there is an evident flavor of roasted malts, almost ashy, and a good bitterness level, although the hop is not as aromatic; balanced final, but a bit weak in the backbone, and showing mostly the ashy malts; there are traces of yeast too.
Pleasant.
