31/8/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, apple, pear, slight tropical and woody notes. Moderate sweetness, nice tangy bitterness with some nice quince tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/07/23. Clear golden with a white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is sharp apple, hop presence, grass, stoned fruits, melon, pear esters. Taste comprises tangy apple, pear, quince jelly, vinous, stoned fruit esters, grass, light oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid complex affair.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of bretty funk, apple, zesty fruits, citric hops. Taste is sweet, apple, pear, tart, funky, fruity, with grape notes, zesty citrus and resiny hop. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & sour zesty drying hop finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught @ Rbabarrab, Sønder Boulevard 53, Copenhagen, Denmark 1720.[ As Æblerov Forbidden Fruits: Rainbow Child ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, tart, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, tart, funk, sweet fruit, green apples, medium dry. Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren as Forbidden Fruit Applewein 5,7%ABV. Pours almost clear golden, no head. Aroma of light sourness, barnyard, wood, green and red ripe apples. Flavor is lightly sour, wood, barn, wood, green apples. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 040419
