Fresco is our special summer release, brewed to fuse our mutual love for Belgian beer, juicy hopsand local, seasonal ingredients. This Amarillo hopped IPA is infused with foraged lemon balm and honeysuckle, then fermented on our house Belgian yeast. Soft, citrusy East Coast / Belgian IPA.

On tap at Deya Little Summer Beer Bash 2019. Pours hazy yellow golden with a white head. Aroma: wheat, yeast, citrus, spruce, floral. Taste: light to moderate sweet, dry, wheat, spices, wit esters, light citrus. Medium bodied, soft carb, dry light spicy finish

Can from Hoptimism. This is the 2019 5% version. Pale hazy yellow colour with a white foamy head. Aroma floral and citrus. Dry taste. Crisp body.

440ml Can - Golden with a haze. Grain, citrus and notes of stone fruits in the aroma. Citrus, grain and notes of grass, hay and spice in the taste. Not bad but way below what I was hoping for.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, witbier yeast, coriander, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190804]

Can from Hoptimism. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and moderate hoppy - grass and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050619

Malty dry, lots of pine and resin. Very dry, lots of grain. Smooth dry and intense floral.

44cl can. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of bitter orange fruits, yeast, some banana. Taste of dry banana, yeast, some grapefruit, good!

Can from Hoptimism. Floral and spruce aroma. Juicy. Pale opaque gold. Massive frothy white head. Light-medium bitter with some umami. Citrus. A hint of booze. Mesoum bodied. Slick verging on oily. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Enjoyable well balanced IPA.

Hazy yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a nice balance of malts and hops. Floral and fruity. Soft mouthfeel. Easy to drink.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; clear dark amber pour with a big light beige head, aroma has citrus and light herbal action, taste has orange zest, some honey, herbal, some yeast.
