Bottle 0,33l from the brewpub, two and half year aged. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- dark grapes, brandy, caramel. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, warming, grapes, lots of caramel. Full bodied. Pretty average.

Appearance: Dark brown, clear. Small, tan head. Aroma: Ripe, dark fruits. Sweet, a bit of medium malt. Taste: Dark, ripe fruits. Prunes. Some caramel sweetness. Some alcohol, warming. Bought: Paul Hayoz Weinhandlung (Flamatt), 330 ml, CHF 5.90 Info: 29/12-2021, BB: 31/12-2026

Hazy brown colour, moderate sized beige-ish head; aroma of dried apricot, some grape peel, honeycomb toffee, slight orange zesty and piney notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with syrupy and hoppy bittery notes; good one
