Draft at Kincade’s in Bloomington. Dark amber color. Finger high beige head. Excellent lacing. Sweet toffee aroma. Toasted malt flavor upfront hints at brewed tea and spicy hops. Nice balance and flavor. Hints of grapefruit pith and pine in finish.

Draft at Red Cow, Uptown, 6/14/25. Rusty yellowish-orange, creamy off white head, heavy lace. Caramel, bread, cereal, and grain. Light zesty grapefruit and citrus. Malty, a little dry. Solid.
