Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and elderflowers. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and notes of lemons, brett, and elderflowers, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Vault City Elderflower Sour ].Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, tart, flowers, elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, wheat, elderflowers, dough. On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - murky yellow with hints of brown. Thin head. Nose - elderflower and sour lemon in the same note. Taste - salty asparagus, almost samphire. Intentional or not? Palate - long and lean and tangy throughout. Overall - challenging, original and very good.

Bottle at cgarvieuk's. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is Brett stables, elderflower, leather. Body is medium, quite sour and tart, some leather and lemon peel and elderflower indeed. Fizzy carbonation, lots of candy and yoghurt. Not greatly balanced, but quite good.

[9/7/18] Draught at Beavertown Extravaganza 2018 in London. Day 1. Cloudy yellow. Spiciness, citrus, tart, juicy. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is elderflower, elderflower syrup, light funk. Taste is elderflower, light yoghurt tartness, very elderflower syrupy, lovely! Silky mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Good!
