Incredible Pale Ale is the Sun at the center of our hoppy beer solar system, and its gravity keeps everything else rotating nicely. Making this beer year-round allows us to travel to hop farms every harvest and select the lots of those key hops that meet our exacting standards for maximum deliciousness. Built around five of our most favoritest hops: Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Belma, and Hallertau Blanc, all of our hoppy beer flows through what this beer has allowed us to do - it’s our keystone, and it’s always hella fresh!

355ml can. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, pale malty and slightly citrusy fruity and piney, hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit, orange, pineapple, whiffs of liquorice and rubber. Taste is crisp, bitter, slightly piney and citrusy fruity hoppy, slightly spicy, pale malty basis, hints of lemon, grapefruit, orange, some pineapple, some zesty bitterness, a touch of saltiy cracker.
Oily-watery texture, dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Pretty much West Coast IPA, crisp, bitter, slightly restrained fruit flavours - OK.

Tall Pint can (19.2 Fl Oz, so a UK Pint), drank at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 11th April 2025. Light haze to the golden body, white head that tried to hang around. Hop bitter with earthy, woody feel, citrus flavours also come into play, just look at the variety of the hop content. It's fine and a lot better than I expected (no idea what I was expecting to be honest).

From a tall can. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Aromas are lemon and peach. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus.

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A big sweet citrus and perfume nose. Sweet, there is some aggressive bitterness here which I love. Toast, orange peel. Very smooth.
