500lbs of honey per 20 bbl batches. Pollen Nation has a nice dryness, white grape and apricot flavors, all balanced out with the honey. No burn.

Draught at Lulu’s, 6/17/16.
Soft amber-golden with a light haziness and small, off-white head atop showing moderate to low retention.
Lots of white pepper-like phenol in the nose mixes with a big grassy and bready character. Caramel notes dot the background as somewhat messy peach and bubble gum notes create a good portion of the nose. Light alcohol with a touch of honey and more bready malts....it’s identifiably Belgian but not in a very good way. More of the "Belgian" that Stone or the Bruery would make.
Again, bready, clovey, peachy, bubble gummy flavors. No finesse and while it’s sweet, it’s actually fairly well-attenuated for its size with moderate, fairly engaging carbonation. Not a trainwreck and it’s actually clean, but why the hell is this 10.5%??? Very confounding beer here.
