On tap. Pours a mostly clear orange hue with a medium white head. A nice soft citrus nose. Sweet oranges, more tropical flavors, toast. Very clean.

On draught at Gourmet Haus. Hazy honeycomb yellow with full, fluffy white head. Tropics and citrus on both the aroma and flavor. Soft maltiness on the mouthfeel. A really nice beer.

So I accidentally partially froze this beer so it is a Philadelphia Expirement experiment. Still good

Poured from a 16 oz can dated June 7, 2018. Aroma is very hop forward and juicy with lots of citrus and lighter tropical fruit and dank notes. Light malt backbone. Orange, tangerine and grapefruit with a bit of mango, pineapple and pine resin. Pours a very murky, hazy, dull gold color with a medium sized, thick, white head that exhibits nice retention. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and a hint of alcohol spice. Moderate notes of grapefruit, orange and pine resin with some lighter tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, hazy IPA with a bit of a West Coast profile. I usually pass on the HenHouse cans, but this one makes me think I shouldn't.
