Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Vale Play It Sam ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, fruit, old fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, toasted, old fruit - tangerine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170810] 6-3-6-3-12

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, good juicy orange marmalade and orange peel. Floral touch and some mild tangerine. Light dry finish. Clean and reasonably hopped.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A clear golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild fruity hops, toasted malt. Taste of soft orange fruits, tangerine, toasted malt, medium bitterness.

Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is light orange pith, citric doused straw, bread dough, melon balls. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, airy malts, straw, toasted grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mellow pale.
