Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Three B's Bee Happy ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, nutty, caramel, dusty malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, nutty, fruit earthy, pale malt, sweet malt, light honey sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20170810] 5-3-5-3-11

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Trace of esters. Modest floral citrus. Touches of orange peel and peach. Clean but a little dull.

Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2017. Pours slightly hazy amber with a lasting frothy white to off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit and honey. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Light to medium body, slightly watery texture, soft carbonation. Finishes with increasing sweetness, fruit and honey. Grower.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A clear deep amber beer with a mid sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramelish malt, honey. Taste of medium sweet honey, reddish malt, caramelish malt.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/07/09. Deep amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Red fruit and caramel aroma. Flavour was also sweet to start, with some earthiness and a decent bitter finish. Good.
