Hear the hooves echoing tonight! Make sure to catch your flight through pillowy clouds soaring with fluffy flaked and malted oats. Seek to cure what's deep inside with Southern Star and a kiss of Citra in the kettle . Dry hopped with rising moutains of Southern Passion and drip drops of Citra Lupulin and Simcoe Dust.

Hurry friends its waiting here for you! Its gonna take a lot to drag this away from moo. It's nothing that a hundred bulls or more could never brew. Take the reins and down this one...

Can pour from Colonial Spirits, Acton (canned 4/30/19). Appearance is opaque orange (orange juice) with tons of sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width foamy off-white head with fair retention and light leggy lacing. Aroma is fruit salad and citrus with notable malt backbone and a little savory element. Taste is strong citrus/tropical fruits, sugar cookie and mild pine with less noticeable bready malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick, frothy texture, soft carbonation, pleasant mild alcohol warmth and slightly spicy and finish as taste. Overall, have to question this rating a bit due to the age of the beer (and I caution anyone going to Colonial Spirits to be wary of old beer--didn't like that this IPA was so old but they did some aging for me on a couple porters and stouts!). Still, I'm posting the rating since it is still positive. Fresh, this might be really fantastic. Looks more like a NEIPA and feel is almost like an Imperial NEIPA but this is one serious beer.

16 ounce can. Cloudy amber gold color. Large frothy beige with clinging lace. Spicy, citrus hop nose. Bittersweet bready malt flavor upfront hints at tropical citrus. Creamy mouthfeel. Piney hops in finish. Complex and flavorful.
