Nocturne is our modern take on the classic Porter. Dark, rich and smooth, mashed with English, German and Belgian malts, including a healthy dose of flaked oats. This version is infused with locally foraged rosehip berries, for floral aromas and earthy, fruity notes.

Can from Hoptimism. Rich dark chocolate and coffee aroma with an almost Turkish Delight element in the mix. Dark and glossy. Cola tint. Frothy beige head soon shrinks. Medium bitter. Dark chocolate and coffee. Develops a sweet creaminess. The rose hip is there but subtly so. Develops a sour finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. A tad creamy. Average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. It's nice. The rosehip adds a different dimension without being overdone.

Near-opaque dark brown beer, thin off-white head. Rich, dry malt smell. There's a really earthy quality to this, lots of malt, some chocolate, maybe a touch of spice in there too. Big, rich and smooth porter. Lovely.
