Cask sample from Hull Beer & Cider Fest 2019, thanks to Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Dark brown colour with reddish tinge, bubbly biege head and aroma of milk chocolate, malty, coffee & cream. Taste is sweetish & slightly tart, chocolate, malt, dark fruits, roasty, coffee, biscuit and earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry biscuity finish. Quite drinkable.

12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours almost black with a small bubbly tan coloured head. Aroma of dark chocolate, lactose, coffee, milk chocolate, dark fruit and light roasted malt. Medium sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Milky chocolate finish. Nice.
