Bottled 2/20/2020, drunk 4/9/22. Good clarity in this brassy-golden liquid. White head is initially somewhat large, but rapidly recedes to ring. Juicy grape character is succulent, mineral-rich and full of stone fruit and tropical notes. No alcohol or flaw and nothing weird going on that I can tell, noted from earlier reviews of the beer when it was young. Biscuit-cracker-like malts seem supportive, but don't distract and there's no weird yeast character. In the mouth it's round, sweet up front, but drying out significantly with grape-like acidity and light yeast phenolics. Cracker and biscuit malts support and add ample structure. Juicy, mineral-rich stone fruit-like notes linger with a good balance of sweetness and dryness. Quite lovely, looks like time has helped things here.

330 ml bottle from Brendan, via the Canton location, thanks man! Bottled 2/20/20, Consumed 9/14/21. Pours a mostly clear yellow color with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Vinous, oaky. Tart funky and dry. Somewhat earthy, almost dirty on the finish. Not a ton else going on, but it's solid.

Bottle from Chris M: pours bright mountain dew type yellow with a faint white head. Aroma is grape, funk, some other fruity notes but nothing particularly distinct. Taste is fairly sour, quickly fading grape at the finish that reappears in the aftertaste. Body is like that of a spritzer, but not really in a good way. Meh. Alcohol is well covered though.

Pours hazy pale yellow into a snifter. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sour apricot funk aromas. Crisp with sweet grape upfront turning quickly to tart dried apricot skin and puckering tart pith. Medium length grape skin and stalk finish.

Pours a hazy straw from a bottle. Tart citrus aroma and flavor, a faint wininess. Rather tart. Good beer.
