Bottle. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, citrus, oak. Medium body, lemon zest, oak, nice tartness, clean finish, enjoyed this.

Bottle from the brewery. Woody nose, lactic acid, lemons. Creamy and tart flavor, woody, yogurt. Nice tart balance and the perfect carbonation to lift it up off the tongue. Another lovely one.

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Almost clear golden color with white head. Yeasty aroma, wood, vinous, spicy, citrus, funk. Sweet and light acidic taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, funk, grapes, wood, hay, citrus, light brett - leather. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity, grapes, citrus, fruity brett, funky, light wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]

Sample from the bottle at Tide's, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some Belgian yeast, citrus, floral and malts. Fresh and tasty.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing lightly filtered straw yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows a lot of straw and lambic brett. The palate is fully carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with moderately intense flavors of stone fruit - peach and apricot.
