On tap at Tørst. Pours gold yellow. Nectarine, minerally, lemon, grain, herbal notes, lemongrass. Medium body. Good.
2018, Batch 1, apricots, stone fruits, soft, balanced, smooth, not sour at all, lot’s of stone fruits... great stuff...

From bottle at Ulfborg tasting 2019/06. Thank you Mike! Light unclear golden color with white head. Yeasty aroma, tart citrus, light funky, mineral notes, nectarines, light wood. Sweet and acidic taste. Light almost oily body with soft carbonation.

ABV: 7.6%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, fruity yeast, flowers, stone fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidicr with a long duration, fruity hops, tart, funky, citric, grapes, nectarine, stone fruit, oak, balance. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190615]
