Poured at Brewers Ball Dallas, dark brown with beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt and dark fruit. Medium body, toasted malt, light dry finish, decent.

12 ounce can thanks to Secret Santa Crajun. Clear dark brown, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, herbal hops and a mild note of candied citrus. The taste is chocolate, caramel, tinny hops. Thin bodied.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Total Wine & More in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a mostly clear brown copper with a 1/2 inch light tan head that fades quick. The aroma is soft roast and nutty malt. The taste is softly sweet malt, nutty, with a bit of floral in the back. The palate is medium to light bodied, active carbonation and a clean finish. Simple easy drinking beer.

Thanks to crajun for the trade. Can. Pours clear dark brown with an off-white head. Soft cocoa aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet. Decent but needs more of everything. A bit thin.
