Stout – once hefty and powerful, today this beer is also brewed in more session like styles. This is upper fermentation dark beer with a little aftertaste of burned coffee and bitter chocolate strengthened by a tone of sweet caramel. The beer is smooth as breakfast cereal, with low bitterness and a spectacular creamy froth. It is a low CO2 beer, which makes all the more drinkable.

Hazy black, small, beige head. Aroma of cold coffee, brown bread, toast, prune, fondant, tobacco. Taste has sweetish pear & prune in a brown-bready malt body with coffee & fondant notes. Herbal hoppy finish, toasty, soft coffee. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Decent, very much oatmeal-centred rather than dark malt-centred.

Dobry klasyczny oatmeal stout i gdyby nie te parametry powiedziałbym że sesyjny bo pije się świetnie, mega pijalne, odrazu przypomina mi się odcinek Pijalność vs. Sesyjność JW, 😉, aromat no czuć owies, czekolada, jak się dobrze ogrzało pojawia się delikatna owocowość od pracy drożdży (coś jak przy s04) w smaku umiarkowanie słodko, wszystko wyważone, nie ma popielniczki, niby taki zwykły a jednak przemyślany. Pierwsze spotkanie z JabeerWocky uważam za udane.

Lane @Jabeerwocky Pń. Czarne, piana taka sobie. Wyraźnie czekoladowe z nutami popielniczkowymi. Dość słodkie. Lekkie, trochę wodniste, dość gładkie. OK. Fajny, sesyjny stoucik.

ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, oat, vanilla, light coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted - chocolate, oat, rye, chocolate - vanilla. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
