Aroma is moderate honey, heather honey, heather, light flowers and wood. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, heather, cane sugar (rør sukker), honey, flwoers, wood notes, medium dry. Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 5 11/08/2018. A clear golden yellow coloured pour sticky, no head. Aroma is nice sweet raw honey, earthy, plastic, floral notes. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, raw honey, toffee, hot alcohol,. Palate is medium sweet, Warming alcohol. Fun to try.

From bottle at GBBF 2018. It pours clear very pale green straw yellow with no head. The aroma is sweet, oily, fragrant, something savoury, honey balm and dull floral. The taste is slick, sweet, oily, fragrant, floral, slightly watery, dull apple and elderflower with a slick finish. Medium body and oily mouth feel. Not bad, but a bit sweet.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 2. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of medium sweet honey, elderflower. Taste of medium sweet honey, elderflower, alcohol. Nice.
