Draft. Clear dim golden color. Sticky lacing. Mid school IPA. Fresh and clean cut grass hops. Love the centered, fresh and clean hops beer. However it’s just not a hop that tickles my rubies. Lightly moderate bitter finish. A little sweet white bread malt. Fine stuff but not what appeals to me.

This is bottled? Woops, I made a comment on my untappd check in that it’s not but I see a picture. Hmmm...well, here’s the rest.
On tap at Olde Lincoln House, Ephrata, PA.
In a pint glass.
The appearance was a soft hazy burnt orange color. A bar pour’s kind of head yields barely any lacing.
The smell had a pure bittersweet citrus to piney to grassy hops blending a nice soft caramel malt underneath.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine and be bittersweet nicely. A light sting of citrus leads into the aftertaste and have a semi-wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Definitely carbonated as an AIPA, the harshness from the bitterness bites the tongue appropriately.
Overall, this was a pretty good AIPA that I could definitely have again.

First let me say if you like IPA, this is on style, ignore my numbers, I am not a IPA lover. Does not start out like IPA but it builds thru the session. Yes a little fruity then it goes more IPA. Gets more into your face as you continue. Finish is certainly IPA. Very little overall CO2 and yes,a little mouth coating near the end.
