This DIPA is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked oats, and an absurd amount of unmalted wheat. Hopped aggressively in the kettle with the favorites Citra and Mosaic. Then we double dry hopped this murky DIPA with almost all Nelson.
We are tasting white grape juice, fresh Georgia peaches, and frothy cream.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 16/08/2024 dense juicy fruity aroma and taste, lots of tender juicy white grape, gooseberry, some Stonefruit mango and peach coming in, thick sweet malty backbone, robust hoppy finish. Very nice.
