Our premium Haus Lager available at our busy brewery tap room has been so popular we thought wed best make it available to the wider community. Made with a complex mash, this classic lager has been cold fermented for a number of months. Crisp and clean, with delicate notes of freshly cut grass from Czech Saaz hops, this is a lager to be enjoyed any time of year.

Can from eebria. Amber colour with a thick off white head. Aroma grassy and light fruity hop. Taste light bittersweet and flight sweet finish. Medium body.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweetmalt, pale malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, light floral. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, hops, straw and has a sweet malty finish.

440ml can from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Golden amber colour, white foamy head leaving some lacing and grainy, grassy aroma. Taste is sweetish grains, malt, with plasticky grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry plasticky grassy bitter finish. OK.
