Bottle pour at Apex. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is clean and dank with some light citrus. Flavour has pine, grassy white wine, some green melon. Solid carbonation. Incredible, clean hop expression.

Bottle at APEX, pours a minimally hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tangy hops, piney, and biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully espressive of the NZ hop character, with lots of gooseberry, white wine, melon, piney hops, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Piney, vinous and melony. Lovely.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and summer fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and summer fruit linger.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma of armpits, pine, grass. Flavor is clean, light sweet, medium bitter. Light body.

Bottle. Pours a very clear yellow hue with a small to medium white head. A sweet fruity lemons and perfume nose. Big oily orange peel, toast, some dankness. Smooth.

500 mL bottle poured, from Elliott Bay Pizza. Shiny, lighter golden appearance, patchy foam head. Pine forward hop nose with a slight tropical splash. Hints of a biscuit forward grain, and moderately dank. A little more medium bodied than the crisp, lighter appearance would suggest. Grassy hops linger on. Classic feel to this IPA, with a brand new array of hop additions. Fun brew to learn a little something about some new crops. Tasty brew.
