Platinum Fern is an amped up, Triple IPA version of Silver Fern that exhibits the splendor of New Zealand hops. As it fills your glass, Nelson and Peacharine Hops meld the sweet perfume of white grape and summery peach. Beneath this harmony, Motueka hops burst with flavors of tropical fruits, while Waimea hops provide a subtle blend of citrus peel and woody aromatics. We hope you enjoy this dangerously drinkable treat and ponder what treasures lie hidden in plain sight.

Nose is raw tropicana, grass, subtle hop spice, pine needle, stone fruit.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, dank chimes, raw citric flesh, lychee.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close laced with resinous come dankened hop bitterness.
Solid punchy TIPA that maintains a good bitter balance.

Doing a series of checkins featuring all the pint glasses I have accrued over the last 30 years. These are in no particular order. Yuengling, enough said!

16 oz can. Flavor shows a good amount of white grape with some moderate herb. Secondary notes of mango / citrus. Unfortunately just entirely too much malt. Alcohol here is not hidden at all. The alcohol ruins what could have been an amazing brew.

16oz can is straight pulp. Starchy melon color. Frothy, lacey white head. Nose is big stone fruit and cheese curd. American hop fuel. All gas. No brakes. Flavor is malt and wheat and peach and melon and natural yeast. Full bodied, starchy, cheesy finish. Kind of a grappa note too.
