An extended mash program and a careful fermentation profile yields a delightfully hazy beer with a rising, rocky white head. To further enhance this delicate character, we dry-hop the beer with purposefully-selected notable* hops that impart a more concentrated and potent experience to its base beer, Dreamer.
We taste and smell saturated spicy clove, banana, a hint of bubble gum, and the aforementioned hop character wrapped up in a creamy mouthfeel and an airy body. Lucid Dreamer is an absolute pleasure to drink.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is spice and wheat esters. Flavor follows--clove, banana, etc. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Charlton draught, 6/27/24. Bright, cloudy, lemon merengue. Small, white head, steadily to partial cover. Following regular dreamer up with this, I wouldn't say the hops jump out at you here. Maybe a bit more citrus and overall fruitiness, but I'd be hard pressed to differentiate these blind. Otherwise, same luscious wheat and generous but balanced yeast profile. Clean. Some hop lightly breaks up the sweet, wheaty malts, adding a pinch of pine and wood, with a bit of fruitiness and added bitterness. Quite nice to balance the robust body of this beer and take some of the focus off the phenols/esters.
