Tap in Brighton. Bright medium golden with a tall head. Bready nose, rich, clean malt and spicy Saaz hops. Rich but not sweet. Hoppy, bready, dry flavor. Crisp and clean. Very nice. No diacetyl.

Brighton draught, 8/4/23. Clear, bright gold. White head slowly to cover/ring. Nose is full of earth, mineral, herb. Big yeast qualities with no flaw. Not tons of malt though. Seems rather sparse and crackery. Despite none of the DMS, Diacetyl or acetaldehyde that TAR found many years ago, I do have to grudgingly admit that the malts seem a bit husky as he points out. It's a bit dry, bitter and vapid up front, shockingly so, with very little staying power from the malt and too much hop bitterness bordering on resin/astringency. Having had many of their beers it's nice to know they can do worlds better - and usually do - but this one is a bit of a head scratcher.

16 oz can poured, sent over by Jow. Thanks! Heard all about these guys, and thought I would only find them at the source. Somewhat cloudy but bright golden pour. Lasting foam head. Exceptionally clean pils, with some floral and citrus, with a juicy note as well. Extremely refreshing, with a mild grain in the palate to balance. At 4.4%, I could drink this all day. Excellent product here.

Can at home. Trying to work my through all the Notch offerings I hadn’t had. Clear gold and good sized head of white foam. Nose is light grass and fruit. Tastes of florals, lemon, pineapple, grass touch of white bread. Nice and clean and easy drinking in g. Very nice.

Hazy and a bit dull, with a thick, rich head. Has a nice saaz, slightly doughy, just a bit of hop.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to nothing. Grass aromas. Crisp sweet hay and caramel upfront turning to bitter pith in the medium length finish.
