This ruby-red beer sets the stage for flavorful harmony between two of Maine’s most beloved fruits. We aged our spontaneously fermented ale in oak barrels for two years before adding ripe red raspberries from Bradbury Mountain Farm and wild blueberries from Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Company. After aging the beer for an additional three months, the berries’ dual tartness forms a concert of raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry notes to accompany its light funkiness. Bravo!
