Crisp bronze and copper coloured body with a fairly clear glow and a thin single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of resin, flowers, grass, citrus, malt and a dash of hay with some light alcohol noticeable. Medium-bodied; Super deep hop notes show at first with a strong citrus and astringent note of flowers, grass, a lot of resin and showing some alcohol as well as a surprisingly balanced malt character. Aftertaste shows a bunch of grapefruit, some pure orange and curacao notes with a deep, lightly earthy malt profile along with some sweetness from the citrus fruits, that all end with the astringent and alcohol notes and some light medicine. Overall, pungent throughout with a huge mosaic and citrus profile that presents a robust and powerful character throughout with a good balance. Great to try - especially fresh from the West Coast! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from BottleCraft in San Diego (Little Italy), California on 25-February-2020 for US$5,27 sampled at home in Washington on 08-March-2020.

24.05.2019, 1 pint can @ home:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy dark yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, leafs, dried fruits, hay, flowers, fruit stones, grass, citrus peel, alcohol, dusty hops, bark, minerals, paper, moss, sawdust, pine needles. Taste is slightly sweet boozy, sap, minerals, bark, booze, oatmeal, fruit stones, sawdust, dried fruits, wet grass, harsh hops, leafs, citrus peel, paper, light malts, flowers, saltwater. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry floral mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.
