Medianoche: T10 Rye showcases exceptional rye whiskey barrels - Templeton 10-Year Reserve Rye. This Medianoche base features chocolate rye malt, crystal rye malt, flaked rye, and malted rye, totaling 36% of the grist bill. We then aged the rye imperial stout for 32 months in the Templeton 10-year Reserve Rye whiskey barrels. Rye spices, oak, and chocolate dominate the nose, while honey, cinnamon, and burnt sugar create a complex flavor profile sure to excite any rye-whiskey connoisseur.

Smooth, slightly roasty with loads of rye, spiciness, stingy wood, oak and earthiness. Dry and a bit heavy, but still pretty tasty.
