It's cider weather! So we wanted to make something sweet and comforting for those cold days ahead. Big Melon & pear on the nose with some milder citrus notes. The flavor reminds us of applesauce with a bright acidity that gives way to a finish like your favorite orange & green breakfast cereal.

Draft at Other Half DC. Poured a mostly clear dark orange color, darker than a lot of ciders. Aroma was crisp apples. Flavor was crisp apple, pleasant, juicy appple. Slight sweetness. Some dryness. in the finish.

On tap @Other Half Rockefeller. Mistake getting the full tulip pour. Golden, a bit jellied, unusual prominent head. Dried apple, sulfites, minerally, plastic nose. Taste is semi-sweet, mellow acid, dried sulfite fruit, slightly medicinal, earth. Sweet, generic, cheap concentrate flabby flavor. Not good.
