Thomas ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, earthy, saison yeast, herbs, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, herbs, saison yeast, light earthy - damp stain - fusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly clear pale golden, white head. Yeastym earthy and phenolic aroma. Huge fluffy muthfeel. Sweet, yeasty flavour. Spicy, malty.

Bottle, 6%. Clear yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, mouldy and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, spices, medium sweet, little over carbonated, little dry and a little bitter.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. OIly palate.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a lacing, white head. Tart, spicy, slightly citrusy aroma. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, lowish carbonaton, yeasty, a discreet sweetness but leading up to a dry and hoppy finish. Actually very pleasant for a style that has so many flawed examples. 210618
