À la suite de quelques brassins avec le houblon expérimental HBC 1019, il était clair que nous devions l’intégrer dans une bière récurente. Voici donc Del Tropico, une NEIPA ultra aromatique qui se démarque par son bouquet et ses saveurs tropicales. On y retrouve des notes de sirop de pêche, d’abricots mûres et de noix de coco, balancé par une amertume agrumée rappellant la chair de pamplemousse.

473 ml can, as Emporium del Tropico NEIPA, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 6.9%. Hops are HBC 1019, HBC 1019 Cryo and Citra. Murky yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and coconut, some citrus too. The flavour has the same elements, low bitterness.
