--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear bronze colour, small head. Bready nose with some rhubarb tartness. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and biscuits. Mild rhubarb. Low bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a small, off-white head. There’s a fruitiness to the nose, but I cannot pinpoint it as rhubarb. Medium body, lightly sweet fruitiness and sufficient bitterness. Clean and well made but I don’t really have a clue as to what this is. 071224

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity and some bananaish and mild tartness to it. Flavour is rhubarb, some bananas, berries and mild tartness. Strange, Weissbier yeast? Baking yeast?
