Nice light brown bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is strange sweet minerally, burnt maple syrup, soil, tar, cough syrup, tobacco, old seaweeds, metal tank, harsh vanilla, cookies, oak, bourbon. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish roasted, cough syrup, minerals, maple syrup, soil, metal tank, booze, dark sugar, oak, bark, vanilla, seaweeds, tobacco, burnt toast. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish boozy mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, small head. Aroma of maple syrup, honey and caramel. Sweet with full body and sticky, viscous mouthfeel. Caramelly cake dough dipped in maple syrup with added brandy. Warming finish.

Bottle. Pours clear black, smell beige head, good lacing. Aroma is boozy, bourbon, fudge, vanilla, maple, molasses. Flavor is medium plus sweet, light plus bitter, hot. Medium body.
