Speciál 13˚ is our 13°P Czech-Style Lager brewed using a multi-step mash and 100% Czech-grown Pilsner malt.
It’s fermented extra cold with our house lager yeast and hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz.
After lagering for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks with a nice doughy, crackery malt profile and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Clear golden color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hay, dusty, moderately bitter. Saaz hops? Okay. 7-7-7-7-7

Реально хороший лагер с феста. Есть приятный солод и хмель на глотке, но при этом не резкий. Прям хорошго.
