Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Thorning Humledjævlen ].Hazy medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, some yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity hops - orange, caramel, pale malt, some yeast - old hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190419] 5-3-6-3-11

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 190419

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Cloudy amber, some floating sediments, white head. Aroma has orange, a little band aid. Fruity flavour, malt, orange and something not entirely clean in this one.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Sweet hoppy finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nose is a little perfumy also a little greasy. Medium body, sweetish caramel and fruit - with a vague hint of tartness, that may or may not develop. A vague, underlying moldiness. Very subdued bitterness. 220818
