Many thanks for this beer to tderoeck. From BXL BeerFest in 2018. Thank's Tim. Piwo to jest mega udane, ciemne geste ciemno brazowe z domieszka barwy ciemno fioletowej, po dolaniu tych dobrodziejstw na dnie jest barwy kakao lub mlecznej czekolady. Piana spora gesta i zbita, barwa bezowa. Trwala, piana jest troche slona, ale smak piwa nie, bardziej owoczowy porzeczkowy ni i taniny, sporo tanin, porzeczki sa tu na pierwszym planie, super wytrawne lekko kwaskowe, Porzeczki tak zaatakowaly moje nozdrza i podniebienie niczym bitwa o Ardeny. Tak jak w tej bitwie wygranej przez aliantow tak i w tym piwie kwaskowe czarne porzeczki mnie wnet zbombardowaly. Sour & Salty... Sour & Lovelly.

Red-brownish beer, with a head gone in seconds. Fruity nose, blackcurrant obvious. Unfortunately, the flavour of the blackcurrant turns out artificial in character; sweet-sour taste, I can't detect much salinity. Medium bodied if quite slick. Not really convincing, and can't hardly called a stout any longer.

Bottle 750ml. @ [ Pre-Borefts tasting 2018 ] by kermis in Kim Jong-Un Buurtcentrum Zaandam, Noord-Holland. [ As Minne Ardenne Stout Sour & Salty ].Light unclear medium to dark red amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, fruity - berry, salty, dough, chocolate, blackcurrant. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart, blackcurrant, dark malt, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180920] 8-3-7-3-15

Bottle at Legends tasting; hazy brown pour with a light tan head, aroma has raspberry and slight chocolate, taste is much the same with salt.

0,75l bottle at home. BB 07/2020. dark brown color, rather big tan head. looks like it has way too much carbonation. smells herbal, nutty, hazelnuts, marzipan, cocoa, manner schnitten, bit flowery, bit acidic. nice smell overall. full body, pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, leathery, citric, some cocoa, black currant, nutty. finishes lightly dry with notes of black currant, nuts and some cocoa notes. Actually works quite well, usually I am not a fan of sour stouts, but this one is quite drinkable. Body is unnecessarily heavy though.

Bottle. Opaque brown-purpleish color with beige head. Aroma is blackcurrant, chocolate-coated dried fruits, light fresh yeast. Taste is blackcurrant, chocolate, light roast, very balanced. Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good!

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Brownish color, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, sourness, wood sour. Maybe salty as well but whatever, I don't really get much more and I don't really like it. 5-3-5-3-9.

Sampled @ Pre Borefts Tasting 2018. A hazy dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of moderate sweet red berries, some lactic fruits. Taste of red fruits, strong red malt, wild berries.
