A fresher, lighter and fruitier blend than “Le Pic” with more contained acidity. Notes of red and black fruit with a lighter and more delicate finish.

(Draught at Dynamo Bar de Soif , Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, funky nose with grapes, red wine, sweaty socks and oak wood. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of grapes, red wine, oak wood, citrus, pink grapefruit, raspberries and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh, tart, winey and really tasty. Very nice.

Draught at Beer Witch: pours peachy pink low head. Aroma is light wood, yeast and very mellow grape. Taste is barely tart, almost sweet. Kind of flat-feeling body.
