Can 440ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Unity Annum 2018 ].ABV: 8.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, light coffee, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast, anus seed, wood, licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, anis seed, hop and spicy bitter, licorice, belgium yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Can @ Saxo tasting. Almost black with a light brow head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 190419

Can @Højbjerg Tasting. Very dark brown, light beige head. Coffee and milk chocolate aroma. Bittersweet flavour, caramel, roast, chocolate, yeast and dried fruit. A little alc warmth.

Bottle 2018, 8.5%. Almost black with medium beige head. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and dark fruit. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, sweet, dark fruit, caramel, little liquorice and medium bitter.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, caramel, coffee, hops and has a sweet roasty finish. Nice.
