Floating Fields - 4% Saison brewed with rice. We loved Feathered Fields, our rice lager so much, we wanted to try a similarly rice heavy malt bill in a saison. We performed a special decoction mash schedule with some heirloom Indian rices and some Pilsner malt from @DeerCreekMalt, hopped it with lots of Saaz and Grungeist, and fermented it with our new 2024 Foraged Yeast Culture.

Can from Orest: pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is hay and straw. Taste is lightly spicy and a bit bitter. Dry and lightly bitter.
